She is Somaly Mam, one of the most inspirational women of our time.  Once a sex slave, she now dedicates her life to rescuing young girls from brothels and sexual predators.  However, the story does not end there - her organisation is also focused on the long-term health and development of these rescued girls - to ensure that they can successfully reintegrate back into society.

I also highly recommend reading her novel The Road of Lost Innocence.  I read it in a day and it opened my eyes to the reality that unfortunately so many people have faced and will continue to face, unless this disgusting human trafficking industry is stopped.
